Find the foods behind
your gut symptoms.
Bloating, cramps, unpredictable days and no idea what caused them. Elimin8 logs what you eat and how you feel, then looks past "which food" to the shared compound behind your reactions and the time lag before they show up.

How Elimin8 finds the pattern
Log a meal in seconds, log how you feel in one tap, and let Elimin8 do the joining up. Everything below runs on your phone.
Log a meal in seconds
Snap a photo, say it out loud, or type it. Every path lands in the same editable entry and multi-item plates come back as separate foods, not one blended 'mixed meal'. Quick-add remembers your regulars so breakfast takes one tap.
Nutrients and compounds, not just calories
Each food resolves to macros, micronutrients, and the compounds that actually matter for gut symptoms histamine, the five FODMAP groups, salicylates. Numbers come from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and anything we don't have a reading for is left blank rather than guessed.
Track how your body responds
Symptoms with an intensity scale, and bowel movements on the Bristol 1–7 scale behind a friendly emoji picker. Two taps, accurately timestamped, no forms to fill in. The timing is what makes the rest work.
The common thread and the lag
Most trackers stop at 'you ate X, you felt bad'. Elimin8 ranks your top suspects, then surfaces what they share a compound, a nutrient, a food group and the delay before symptoms appear, which is often a day or two rather than an hour. Every insight shows the numbers behind it, and says plainly that patterns show links, not proof.
Elimination and reintroduction, planned
Start from a simple base diet, reintroduce one food a week, record how each week went, and get a clear verdict per food. The plan keeps track of where you are so you don't have to hold it in your head.
Something to hand your doctor
Export a readable summary of your food, symptom, and pattern history to take to an appointment. It's a record of what you observed clearly labelled as patterns worth discussing, never as a diagnosis.
In your pocket, on either phone
Elimin8 is a phone app because logging has to happen at the table, not later at a desk.
iPhone
Log meals from the camera roll or the live camera, add symptoms from anywhere in the app, and get meal reminders at times you choose. Elimin8 runs your pattern engine on-device, so your insights are ready instantly and work with no signal at all.
Built for people who've been guessing for years
Illustrative examples of how people use Elimin8 replace with real, consented quotes before launch.
“I'd tried cutting out dairy, then gluten, then both, and never got a straight answer. Elimin8 was the first thing that pointed at something the foods had in common instead of the foods themselves. That gave me an actual question to ask my GP.”
Sam R.
Logging since week 1
“The lag was the bit I'd never have worked out on my own I was blaming dinner when the pattern kept pointing two days back. Reintroducing one food a week with somewhere to record it made the whole thing feel manageable.”
Priya N.
Using the elimination planner
“Photo logging is what made it stick. Every other app I've tried wanted me to search a database mid-meal, and I just stopped after a week. And knowing the log lives on my phone rather than someone's server matters to me for this kind of thing.”
Tom H.

AI credits pay for the logging that runs an AI model: a meal photo uses 3 credits, and describing a meal by voice or by typing uses 1 (nothing at all when we have already worked out that exact description). The trial includes 15 credits enough to try photo and voice logging on real meals with the full monthly allowance starting when it converts. A card is needed to begin the trial, nothing is charged until it ends, and cancelling before then costs you nothing. Manual logging, search, barcode scanning, quick-add, symptom and bowel tracking, the pattern engine, and the elimination planner stay free and never use credits. Your remaining credits and every one you have used are shown in your account and in the app.
