Not Medical Advice

Elimin8 is a general wellness and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

The patterns, suspected triggers, common threads, and time lags that the Service surfaces are statistical observations from data you entered yourself. They show possible links, not proof, and they can be wrong particularly when you have logged only a small amount of data. Nutrient, micronutrient, and compound figures are estimates drawn from public food databases and AI-assisted portion estimation; they will not exactly match the food on your plate.

Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and never disregard or delay seeking advice from a qualified clinician because of something you read in the app. Talk to your doctor before starting an elimination diet or making significant changes to what you eat, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a diagnosed condition, or have any history of disordered eating. If you have symptoms that are severe, persistent, or getting worse, seek medical help.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.

The Service

Elimin8 lets you log meals, symptoms, and bowel movements, and analyses that log on your device to surface possible patterns. Manual and quick-add logging, symptom and bowel tracking, the pattern engine, and the elimination planner are available without a subscription. Photo and voice meal logging use AI food recognition and consume your monthly AI scan allowance; unused scans do not carry over between billing periods unless your plan states otherwise.

Your Data and Your Device

Your diary is kept on your device and saved to your account, so signing in on a new phone restores it. We take reasonable care with that copy but do not guarantee it against loss, and you remain responsible for exporting anything you cannot afford to lose. Deleting your account erases it permanently. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Web subscriptions are billed via Stripe; mobile subscriptions are billed via Apple or Google in-app purchase, subject to their respective terms.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the relevant app store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Promo codes and discounts are subject to the terms disclosed at redemption and may be modified or revoked where abuse is suspected.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or any third party's rights.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to other people, or present its output as a clinical assessment.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent AI scan allowances or rate limits.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content that is not a photo or description of food.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

The Service including its software, pattern-analysis methods, curated compound dataset, design, and branding is owned by Elimin8 and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal wellness tracking. You keep ownership of everything you record in it.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for AI food recognition, nutrition data (including USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts), authentication, and billing (including Stripe, Apple, and Google). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party nutrition data.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that food identification, portion estimates, nutrient values, compound values, or pattern results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision about your health.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elimin8 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data including diary data lost with a device arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
